1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the INMEDICA website and coaching services ("Services"). By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

INMEDICA is an independent coaching platform. It is not affiliated with the National Health Service (NHS), NHS England, or any NHS trust or deanery.

2. Services

INMEDICA provides 1-to-1 interview coaching for NHS specialty training applications. All sessions are educational and coaching in nature. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from interview processes.

Coaching is delivered by practising NHS clinicians acting in a personal coaching capacity. Their views and advice do not represent those of their NHS employers.

3. Bookings & Payment

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. INMEDICA reserves the right to cancel any booking that has not been paid in full.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Rescheduling Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds. In summary:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session: full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours: non-refundable.
• Rescheduling requests more than 48 hours in advance: permitted at no charge.

5. Conduct

You agree to treat all INMEDICA coaches and staff with respect and professionalism. INMEDICA reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if a client behaves in an abusive, threatening, or inappropriate manner.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided during coaching sessions, including written feedback, frameworks, and materials, is the intellectual property of INMEDICA and the relevant coach. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any such materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

INMEDICA's total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question. INMEDICA is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

INMEDICA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
